About me

A real person who has sat where you're sitting.

I'm Amanda O'Sullivan — a Therapeutic Play & Coaching Practitioner with a background in psychology and paediatric healthcare. I'm also a mam of four, including a child with additional needs.

That lived experience changed everything about how I show up for families. I combine professional expertise with genuine empathy to offer compassionate, family-centred support — because I've sat where you're sitting, and I know how heavy it can feel.

How Is Your Child Really Doing?

A free 2-minute check-in for parents. No judgement. Just clarity.

Question 1 of 100%

When your child gets upset, how long does it typically take them to calm down?

You're in the right place

If any of this sounds like you…

Big emotions are not bad behaviour — they're communication. And you don't have to figure it all out alone.

Your child struggles with big feelings, meltdowns, or anxiety.

You're navigating neurodiversity (autism, ADHD) and need real support.

You're a parent running on empty who wants to feel less alone.
