About me
I'm Amanda O'Sullivan — a Therapeutic Play & Coaching Practitioner with a background in psychology and paediatric healthcare. I'm also a mam of four, including a child with additional needs.
That lived experience changed everything about how I show up for families. I combine professional expertise with genuine empathy to offer compassionate, family-centred support — because I've sat where you're sitting, and I know how heavy it can feel.
